Rep. Ukodhiko extols Solomon Funkekeme at 62

Member representing Isoko North/Isoko South Federal Constituency, Hon. Jonathan Ukodhiko has felicitated with the Senior Policy Adviser to Delta Governor, Chief Funkekeme Solomon as he turns 62.

In a statement issued on Sunday by his Special Assistant on Media, Ajiri-Oghene Oreh, Rep. Ukodhiko described Funkekeme as an accomplished journalist, seasoned administrator and notable political leader.

The House of Representatives member lauded the former Deputy Speaker of the Delta State House of Assembly and State Commissioner of Works for his exemplary commitment to the Peoples Democratic Party and contributions to the development of the State.

According to Hon. Ukodhiko, “You are no doubt central to the State’s evolution, remarkably superlative in terms of competence and capacity to deliver in all political positions and assignments given to you.

“Critical and versatile, as a patriot, your patriotism is infectious just as your dedication and zeal are worthy of emulation. Your mind remains a fertile ground for good public policies and ideas that drives good governance.

“Your political sagacity and leadership prowess are nonpareil, and you have courageously led our great party, the PDP to electoral victories in 2019 and the 2023 general elections as Director-General of the State’s party’s Campaign Council.

“We recognize your unwavering commitment to the PDP-led administrations in the State, particularly as a lawmaker, commissioner and senior political adviser, contributing immensely to the infrastructural and political development of Delta South and the State.”

“On behalf of my family and the people of Isoko North/Isoko South Federal Constituency, I rejoice with a great political leader, Rt. Hon. ( Chief) Funkekeme Solomon as he attains the age of 62 years, wishing him long life in good health and prosperity in his service to Delta State and humanity.” Ukodhiko added.
